FAQ
Maintenance questions
How often should my AC be serviced in Austin?
Once a year at minimum, in spring. With our hot summers, twice a year (spring AC and fall heating) gives the best protection.
What is the difference between a tune-up and a repair?
A tune-up is preventive cleaning and testing. If we find a problem during a tune-up, we explain it and give you a price before doing any repair.
Can I change my own air filter?
Yes, and you should. Check it every month in summer and replace it when it looks gray or dusty.
